Official Transcripts: 

Whatcom Community College has partnered with Parchment to order and send your official transcript securely, electronically or by mail. 

Note: Official transcripts are sealed documents that are used for certification of earned credits and degrees.

For physical official transcripts: Once a student opens their sealed transcript, it becomes unofficial. Official transcripts should only be opened by a student if it was ordered for personal use.

Unofficial Transcripts: 

Unofficial transcripts are used for student viewing purposes and are not an official document.

Students who have access to ctcLink:

You can access your unofficial transcript through your ctcLink account. Here is how to view unofficial transcript in ctcLink. If you have not yet activated your ctcLink account you can find more info here.

Former students who were enrolled in classes before 2015 or no longer have access to ctcLink:

Please submit the Unofficial Transcript Request form to request your unofficial transcript. Requests will be processed between 1-3 business days and will be sent to the email address you provide in the request form.
